What do I need?

A connection to the Internet, a computer and a Internet Telephone Adaptor.

Cable and DSL users that currently have a standard router require a Linksys Phone adaptor.
 The Linksys Phone Adapter enables use of our high-quality feature-rich telephone service through your cable or DSL Internet connection. Just plug it into your home Router or Gateway and use the two standard telephone jacks to connect your existing phones or fax machines.

Cable and DSL users without a router require the Linksys Broadband Router with 2 Phone Ports
The Linksys Broadband Router with 2 Phone Ports is a kind of "splitter" for your Internet connection.  The two standard telephone jacks on the Router enable our high-quality feature-rich telephone service through your high-speed connection. It is like having two phone lines and you just connect your existing phones or fax machines.  The built-in 3-port switch lets you attach three local PCs directly to the Router so you can share your Broadband Internet connection with other computers.
