Euphonex Direct Incoming Phone Numbers

Any Euphonex account can receive calls  from regular phones directly with an Euphonex Direct Incoming Phone Number.  These numbers can ring to your SIP device or softphone located anywhere in the world and are fully configurable using the online control panel.

Euphonex customers can have Euphonex Direct Incoming Phone Numbers with US area codes in 36 states, as well as Argentina, Brazil, Canada, Chile, France, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Peru, Singapore, Spain, United Kingdom and USA/Canada Toll Free Numbers.  More International Euphonex Direct Incoming Phone Numbers will become available on an ongoing basis.

Euphonex Direct Incoming Phone Numbers ring at your SIP enabled device or softphone wherever you may be connected to the Internet. This means that callers can dial locally in London and you could be in Barcelona, Spain when the phone rings.  This allows you to receive calls in Barcelona without the long distance cost of the call from London to Barcelona.

How it Works

Your Euphonex number is directly related to the DID number. If the SIP enabled phone/softphone/adaptor cannot register with the system for technical reasons or because it was turned off, you will not be able to receive calls via your DID number. If voicemail is enabled, the call will be picked up by the voicemail system. If your IP phone is up and running but it will not ring when the DID number is called, please contact support@euphonex.com immediately.

NOTE: The system will allow outgoing calls but not incoming calls without proper registration. Please do not publish your DID number without making sure you can receive calls. For more info, please visit the DID help page.
