Euphonex Launches Low-Cost IP PBX Solution for Small Business

Miami, FL -- Euphonex, The World's Internet Phone Company, today announced support of the IP PBX (SPA9000) from Linksys ® , a Division of Cisco Systems, Inc., the recognized leading provider of voice, wireless and networking hardware for the consumer, Small Office/Home Office (SOHO) and small business markets . Instead of spending thousands of dollars on an enterprise telephony system, small businesses can now purchase a fully functional PBX system operating over the Euphonex IP telephony network, saving on both up-front costs as well as on regular monthly telephone bills.

The Linksys IP PBX retails for $399, but Euphonex is now offering a package which includes the small footprint Linksys IP PBX and four (4) Linksys IP Desktop Phones (SPA941) on the Euphonex network for under $1000. The new system supports the following mainstream PBX features:

  • Over 100+ telephony features including auto-attendant, shared line appearances, call transfer, forwarding, call parking and pickup, intercom, call hunt groups, DND, 3-way Call Conferencing, music-on-hold, and “follow me” calling.
  • Support of 4-16 SIP devices, ideal for an office of 4 to 16 users.
  • Two FXS voice ports supporting analog phone, fax machines, answering machines or media adaptors.
  • Works with the Linksys SPA900 series of office phones.

The Linksys SPA9000 is certified on the high availability Euphonex network, including integration with Euphonex voice mail and evoicemail (allowing users to review and respond via phone, email or via a web control panel).

Euphonex launches New User Control Panel with 911 Support

Miami, FL -- Euphonex, The World's Internet Phone Company announced the successful launch of planned upgrades to their network.  The User Control Panel has been redesigned and includes new features and functionality.  The latest version coincides with the launch of 911 service to US and Canadian customers with incoming DID service.  The Control Panel now includes the key components to allow a user to enable the 911 service plus these new features:

+ Play, save and delete Voice Mail messages on-line
+ Create and schedule conference calls using private conference rooms
+ Change user time zone to display information consistent with their location
+ Add contacts for easy access to important numbers
+ Easier navigation and more

Euphonex Introduces Direct Incoming Numbers from 36 US States, United Kingdom and Canada

Euphonex Introduces Unlimited Calling to the United Kingdom and Incoming Euphonex Direct Numbers with London prefix 44

Miami, FL -- Euphonex , The World's Internet Phone Company today introduced Unlimited Calling to the United Kingdom and incoming numbers with London prefix 44 for $24.95 per month.  Euphonex users can now receive incoming calls with local phone numbers from cities in the UK, USA and Canada.  In addition, users can receive calls through the London PSTN Portal as well as use the service when away from their Internet connection on our London calling card portal.

Euphonex Expands Device Options for Consumers in the USA and Canada
Euphonex Internet telephone service now available for use with Linksys Voice over IP (VoIP) devices.

Euphonex will now be offering its Internet Telephone service for use with two different Linksys Voice over IP (VoIP) devices in the USA and Canada. Linksys is a division of Cisco Systems, Inc.

Euphonex subscribers will be offered a choice of the Linksys (PAP2) Phone Adapter with 2 Phone Ports or the (RT31P2) Broadband Router with 2 Phone Ports.
