Euphonex uses a hardened Data Center to insure that we provide world-class availability and uptime. The Data center is monitored 7 days a week, 24 hours a day by the Network Operations Centers (NOC)
located in Florida and Virginia. The NOCs provides network monitoring, performance and management to all of the Euphonex systems. It also furnishes real-time network status to our Customer Support Team
and assists with problem resolution.
Our data center is multi-home BGP and we are connected to the internet utilizing multiple and redundant DS-3 connections. We employ redundant power, environment and climate control in our a hardened building.
