Calls to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and US Virgin Islands are charged at normal rates and require long distance credit. This plan is for business use only. You must add one-time BUSINESS SETUP FEE of $24.95 to your shopping cart. All successive monthly charge will be $54.95 and will be charged at the beginning of each month to your Credit Card on file.
